Whether this is your first baby or your tenth, finding the time and space to truly connect with your body and baby can be challenging amidst the busyness of life. These weekly pregnancy relaxation classes offer you and your baby a precious opportunity to silence the noise and pause, even if just for one hour each week.
You deserve that.
Each session begins and ends with a deep relaxation exercise, complemented by group discussions on various aspects of pregnancy and birth, such as pain relief, birth partner support, and the role of hormones. These sessions are flexible, adapting to the needs of the group, and provide a chance to connect with other pregnant mums, share your excitement and fears, and begin building your postpartum support network.
