Cancellation Policy

At Your Birth Story, we understand that plans can change, and we want to provide flexibility for our valued customers. Please review our booking, cancellation and rescheduling policy below. Booking: Payment plans can be create upon request Cancellation and Refunds: Cancel 21+ days before start date: Full Refund Cancel between 20-7 days before course start - 50% refund Cancel less than 7 days - no refund Doula Services Clause: In addition to running courses, I also provide Doula services. In the unlikely event that I am required to attend a birth at the time of the course, the course will be rescheduled to the earliest available date. If rescheduling is not an option, a pro-rata refund will be provided. For example, if 50% of the course has already been attended, a refund of 50% will be issued. Your Birth Story Hypnobirthing reserves the right to amend any course dates and times from those advertised. Booked participants will be noticed of any changes prior to the course start date. In the unlikely even that Your Birth Story cancels a course, alternative dates will be offered, or a full refund given.
