Cancellation Policy

At Your Birth Story, we understand that plans can change, and we want to provide flexibility for our valued customers. Please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy below. Cancellations: Full Refund: We offer a full refund for cancellations made with at least 7 days' notice prior to the scheduled appointment or event. Rescheduling: If you need to change the date or time of your appointment or event with at least 7 days' notice, we will be happy to assist you with rescheduling at no additional cost. Cancellations with Less than 7 Days' Notice: If you need to cancel an appointment or event with less than 7 days' notice, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. In such cases, we provide the option to reschedule, but please note that no refunds will be issued for cancellations made with less than 7 days' notice.
