Far too often, we are inundated with narratives of pain and trauma surrounding childbirth. However, it's essential to understand that birth doesn't have to be a harrowing experience, and, in fact, it wasn't designed to be that way from both hormonal and physiological perspectives. It might be hard to believe, but it's true. I used to think that pain and suffering during birth were inevitable rites of passage that all mothers had to endure. But my perspective changed when I delved into the evidence-based techniques of Hypnobirthing. This transformative journey allowed me to have not one but two calm, empowering, and positive birthing experiences, leaving me feeling stronger and more empowered than ever before.

Now, my mission is to share this invaluable information with other expectant parents. It seems unjust that these tools and knowledge are not readily available through standard antenatal care channels. In this introductory class, I will guide you through the core principles of Hypnobirthing, providing you with the initial tools necessary to approach your birth experience with enthusiasm, confidence, and an appreciation of its profound beauty and strength.

Each ticket admits both the birthing person and the birthing partner of their choice.
