"Nicole a calm grounded presence which made a big difference to the atmosphere. At the same time she wasn’t afraid to stand her ground where needed and advocate for us. That balance gave us a lot of reassurance.

She created a sense of calm and acted as a buffer between us and the clinical environment. It allowed Abi to stay in her own space to focus and let her body do what it needed without being pulled out of that mindset. For me it removed a huge amount of pressure and gave me real clarity in how to support Abi properly."
