Becoming a mother is a beautiful yet overwhelming journey. In the early baby days, it’s easy to feel exhausted, anxious, and disconnected from yourself. Our Mummy Relaxation Class is designed to help you reset, recharge, and regain a sense of calm—giving you the tools to nurture both yourself and your baby with confidence.

This class combines breathwork, gentle movement, discussion, and guided relaxation to help you activate your vagus nerve, the key to calming your nervous system. Along with your baby, you’ll learn how to feel grounded, manage stress, and embrace motherhood with more ease.

What You’ll Experience:

✅ Breathwork for Deep Relaxation – Simple techniques to soothe stress and reset your nervous system.
✅ Guided Relaxation & Mindfulness – A moment of stillness to help you feel more balanced and present.
✅ Supportive Discussions Lead by a Postnatal Doula – Connect with other mums, share experiences, and gain valuable insights.
✅ Life-Long Calming Tools – Techniques you can use anytime to feel more in control and at peace that will help your whole household

What is included - £10 per session or £36 for 4  consecutive weeks

  • Invitation to monthly YBS graduate mum and baby meet ups (dads welcome too)

  • Copy of The Natural parent magazine on first session,

  • Tea, coffees

  • On going support from me
