Service Description

This session is designed to give you the time to make a plan going forward with any specific problem you are facing. Maybe you have been told you now have a high risk label, or that induction is needed. Maybe you are being told that something on your birth plan is not possible and you want guidance on how to navigate the specific issue. I am an experienced birth doula who has supported 100's of women navigate difficult situations with their NHS care. it is common for women to suddenly be blindsided and feel they have nowhere to turn or feel that their preferences are not possible, but from my experience, i'd say that almost nothing is impossible, it just takes the right words, knowledge and experience. That's what this power hour is designed to give to you This session can be held in your home up to an hour from RG7 or online
