Cancellation Policy

Thank you for joining my weekly Pregnancy Flow class. Please take a moment to read through the booking terms below: 1. Cancellations If you need to cancel your booked session, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with 48+ hours’ notice will receive a full class credit, which can be used for another session. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable and non-transferable. 2. Instructor Availability As I am also a fully booked birth doula, there may be times when I am called to a birth and unable to teach the class. In this situation, my trusted back-up doula may step in to teach the session. If neither of us is available, you will retain full credit for your class to use at another time. 3. Class Credits All class credits must be used within 3 months of the original booking date unless otherwise arranged. 4. Contact If you need to cancel, reschedule, or discuss your booking, please do this online through the booking platform
