At Your Birth Story, we understand that plans can change, and we want to provide flexibility for our valued customers. Please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy below.
Cancellations:
If you are unable to make one of your pre booked sessions I unfortunately do not provide any refund but will hope to get you onto another session during the week if there is availability.
As a Birth Doula, Occasionally I will need to cancel last minute due to supporting at a birth. In this circumstance I will provide a full refund for the cost of that session.
