Intimate Setting: Join an intimate group of 4-5 parents-to-be held in the beautiful grounds at The Little Play Lounge in Padworth. 2. Interactive Workshop Style: Through activities, discussions, and practical exercises, you can deepen your understanding of hypnobirthing techniques and principles. 3. Inclusion of Birth Partners: Up to 2 birth partners are included in the booking, allowing for comprehensive support and involvement in the birthing journey. 4. Supportive environment: Take advantage of plenty of opportunities to build connections with local parents. Sharing experiences, concerns, and insights can foster a supportive community of like-minded parents. 5. Personalised Guidance: Benefit from support tailored to your specific needs and concerns. I provide individualised attention, addressing questions, offering advice, and tailoring the program to meet the unique needs of each participant. **Topics covered:** • The science behind hypnobirthing • The physiology of birth • The role of the birth partner • How the uterus muscles work • Hormones produced in labour • How to make informed decisions, including a decision-making framework • Breathing techniques • Relaxation techniques • Interventions including induction and caesarean birth • Setting the ideal birth environment • The stages of natural labour • What happens after you give birth, including the third stage, benefits of skin-to-skin, delayed cord clamping etc Birthing Partner There is substantial evidence that having a supportive and well informed birthing partner during labour can have a positive impact on the birthing experience and outcomes for the mother and baby. Who you choose is up to you, it could be your partner, parent, friend or neighbour. up to 2 birth partners are included in your course price

Cancellation Policy
At Your Birth Story, we understand that plans can change, and we want to provide flexibility for our valued customers. Please review our booking, cancellation and rescheduling policy below. Booking: A £50 non refundable deposit can be given to secure your place on your chosen dates. The remainder will need to be transferred before the course starts. Or you can pay in full at time of booking Cancellation and Refunds: If your baby is born before the course begins, a full refund will be given. If your baby is born part way through the course, a refund will be given for the sessions you missed. Cost per session will be calculated by the total monies paid, divided by the total number of sessions. Your Birth Story Hypnobirthing reserves the right to amend any course dates and times from those advertised. Booked participants will be noticed of any changes prior to the course start date. In the unlikely even that Your Birth Story cancels a course, alternative dates will be offered, or a full refund given.
